Community
At the Grand View, community isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we actively support. From weekly raffles that help local groups raise much-needed funds, to longer-term partnerships that give back to not-for-profit organisations, we’re proud to play a small part in supporting the people and causes that make our community so special.
Whether you’re a long-time local, a community group, a school, or a not-for-profit organisation, we’d love to help you raise funds, build awareness, and bring people together.
Weekly Meat Raffles
Few things say “local pub” quite like a Friday afternoon meat raffle, and ours are every week from 5-7pm. Our Friday Meat Raffles are a fun, easy way for community groups, clubs, schools and organisations to raise funds, while enjoying a great afternoon at the pub. Each week, a different local group hosts the raffle, with proceeds going directly back into their cause. Whether you’re rallying your members, bringing in friends and family, or just love the idea of heading home with a meat tray under your arm, everyone’s welcome.

Partnerships
We believe the strongest communities are built through meaningful partnerships. We’re proud to work alongside local groups, organisations and initiatives that share our values and are making a positive impact in our community.
We’re not interested in one-size-fits-all sponsorships. Instead, we take the time to understand what matters most to our partners and explore ways we can genuinely support each other, whether that’s through fundraising initiatives, events, in-venue activations, or long-term collaborations. If you’re part of a community group, not-for-profit organisation, school or club and would like to explore a more long-term partnership with GV, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s start a conversation and see how we can work together.
